Our Current Openings:
Profile 1: Sr.Network engineers (IPT)
- Graduates or Engineers with 1 plus years experience.
- Must be proficient in VoIP, Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, with hands on experience.
Required Skill Sets in one or more areas:
- Cisco certifications required.
- CallManager 3.1+ and Unity 3.0+ installation and support experience
- Remote Site Telephony (SRST).MCS-7835, MCS-7825 and ICS 7750 experience.
- Configuration and support knowledge of VOIP gateways (6608, 2600, 3600, VG-200, VG-248 and MRP),multiple PSTN connection types (FXO, FXS, T1 CAS, PRI) and control protocols (H.323, MGCP).
- Unity/Exchange integration
- End-to-end QOS knowledge across a Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Profile 2: Network Engineers
- Graduates or Engineers with 2 plus years experience.
Required Skill sets:
Work experience on Network Management systems like Prognosis , HP open view, CISCO works, MRTG , Basic knowledge of IP Telephony networks.
- Hands on Experience On converged voice & data networks.

Profile 3: Sales Engineer
Identify, qualify, design, develop, present and assist the pre-sales efforts of the IPT Services. Design and drive technical presentations with customers resulting in closed sales opportunities. Achieve mastery (Technical, Product, Competitive, Industry knowledge and Sales Acumen) of IPT Services service and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years in internetworking and 2+ years experience in data/voice networking. Looking for a person who can cite recent examples of successful design, installations and configurations. High proficiency with Cisco routers, switches (IOS/CatOs). Working knowledge of: VoIP, QoS, Cisco AVVID, CCM, CCME, Unity. Strong familiarity with Cisco configuration tools. Comprehensive knowledge of emerging network technologies and protocols.
Abilities:
Should be an expert in Hosted IP Telephony interconnects with a carrier-provided IP trunking service, should know service provider call routing plans between hosted enterprises and PSTN endpoints. Candidates are required to demonstrate an expert level of comprehension and hands on experience for the entire sale cycle, installation, implementation, management and troubleshooting of IP Telephony systems. Strong verbal and written communication and customer interface skills are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of Legacy TDM / PSTN and IP Telephony managed solutions and strong technical expertise complimented by vendor.
Professional presentation skills and proficiency with MS Office programs. Self-starter that manages time and activities with little day-today guidance from management. Excellent listening skills resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. Must be able to listen for opportunities, as well as potential technical hurdles. Ability to travel.
