This course focuses on the following technologies:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager System architecture and Deployment Models
• Installation of Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Configuring Dial plans for routing On-net & Off-net calls
• Configuring Media resources, features and implementing Presence
• Providing redundancy with SRST and MGCP fallback.
• Bandwidth management and Call Admission Control
• Analyzing the threats and security features to mitigate threats
• Implementing Mobility in an IPT network
• Integrating Cisco Unified Communications Manager with Voice-mail systems

Prerequisite:

• Basic knowledge of Networking, LAN, WAN, and IP switching and routing.
• Understanding of basic O/S concepts ( Windows Server and Unix/Linux)
• Hands on experience on Cisco Routers, switches, Windows server.
• Working knowledge of MGCP, SIP, and H.323
