Customer data is secured in a physically and electronically secure facility. There are no devices or access to agents and engineers to copy-mail any data from within the NOC.

NOC is equipped with state of the art CISCO equipments and lab with Cisco Call manager, Unity, IPCC servers and software's to train, simulate customer networks problem authentically.

NOC is manned by highly trained engineers with CISCO certifications in IP telephony support, Routing and Switching and security devices.
